Tremaine Consulting Group works extensively in the health care safety net in California focused on expanding access to care for low-income individuals. Our primary clients include counties that deliver health care services and are Section 330 grantees or LAL, community health centers, and rural health networks or organizations looking to develop a network. Totaling close to 50 organizations, many current and previous clients are listed on Eileen Tremaine’s attached resume.
Under the direction of Eileen Tremaine, MPA, Tremaine Consulting Group has assembled a team of professionals that provides comprehensive FQHC and safety-net consulting services.

Meet the Team
President and Founder
Eileen Tremaine
Eileen Tremaine, MPA, Principal/Consultant, has over 25 years of progressive health care experience including Federally Qualified Health Center management, Corporate Compliance program development and management, HIPAA program management, multi-agency collaborative program development, and over $40 million in direct grant awards.
Eileen is a highly skilled FQHC consultant with almost 20 years of FQHC site management, compliance, and grant programs experience. In addition, Eileen currently serves as a contract grant manager for a northern California FQHC and oversees all aspects of the organization’s FQHC program; and is a contracted essential staff at a southern California FQHC.
